A loving President: Duterte brings wounded soldiers back to Manila via Presidential Plane

President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday visited the wounded soldiers at Camp Edilberto Evangelista Station Hospital in Cagayan de Oro City.

As to show his love and care to the soldiers, Duterte brought back the nine soldiers from Marawi City to Manila.

There are 40 soldiers confined in CDO after the clash with the ISIS-inspired terrorist group.

On the photos shared by Mocha Uson, it is seen that together with President Duterte aboard on the presidential airplane, there were 9 wounded soldiers included.

Duterte did not leave behind his men, instead, he let them joined him in the plane having no second thought.

Netizens lauded Duterte for being such a kind and caring president ever. He soldiers needed a better medical assistance for their fast recovery.

While Mocha Uson, simply said,

Meanwhile, during Duterte's speech at National School of Fisheries in Iligan City, he apologized to the Maranaos for declaring martial law.

"Hindi pa naman natapos ang Ramadan, I would like to say to the Maranao people that I am very, very, very sorry na nangyari ito sa atin. Sana kung madaling panahon you will find a new heart to forgive my soldiers, ang gobyerno, pati ako for declaring martial law," Duterte said.

“Wala akong choice eh. Sinisira na ang Marawi. I have to drive them (Maute group) out. But I am very sorry.
