Department of Justice Secretary Vitaliano Aguirre II said in his interview that Senator Leila De Lima was a common denominator in
the killings of Mayor Rolando Espinosa.

Aguirre said De Lima's name was on the affidavit of Espinosa and he refused to identify the police protector who killed in Cebu.

De Lima," Aguirre said.

According to the report, Aguirre mentioned that the affidavit of Espinosa was already invalid because of his death.

He said that he already ordered a parallel investigation to the NBI of Espinosa's death.
