Cops to receive 14th month pay, incentive, cash gift by November 18

This coming November 18,2016, the
Philippine National Police personnel will receive their 14th-month pay, P5,000 productivity enhancement incentive and P5,000 cash gift.

According to Chief Supt. Lurimer Detran, deputy director for comptrollership, the 180,000 personnel will get their bonuses and incentives and it's actually the  second year to receive their 14th month pay.

“Maraming masaya sa atin ngayon. Last year lang nag-start yung pagbibigay ng 14th month,” he said.

But it is said that the amount of 14th-month pay will depend on the rank of the police.
“Our fund requirement for the 14th month pay alone covers the amount of P3.4 billion and the timeline for the release of these will be on the 18th of November, this year. I-expect na natin, yung ating mga PNP personnel can expect na by the
18th it will be credited to your respective account,” Detran said.

While PNP chief Director General Ronald dela Rosa with a basic pay of P67,000, P77,500 will receive a bonus of yearend.

This year, up to P3.4 billion fund intended 14th-month pay of the PNP. In total, allocated P6.8 billion for the PNP bonus of uniformed and non-uniformed personnel.
