President Duterte to critics: “‘Yang mga impeachment diyan, go ahead. Wala akong problema, matanda na ako"
President Rodrigo Duterte challenged and gave a go signal to his critics to impeach him because he no longer wants it.
“‘Yang mga impeachment- impeachment diyan, go ahead. Wala akong problema, matanda na ako and besides, it leaves a bad taste in the mouth. If I’ll be made to repeat it, I no longer want it," Duterte said.
During his speech in the nationwide gathering of policewomen in Davao City. Duterte again hit the United States and human rights institutions.
“Kasi, akala n’yo palasyo, with security na palaging sumusunod sa iyo,” Duterte said.
Duterte said that the neighboring country Laos, Vietnam, Cambodia and China are Philippines allies to fight against drug war.
“From those countries who separated from their colonizers, they’ve been doing well. Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia, kakampi natin sila, pati na ang Chinese. They are supporting our war against drugs,” Duterte said.
