Albuera police chief: De Lima's name listed on Espinosa's 'blue book'

Senator Leila de Lima's name is included in the 'blue book' of Kerwin Espinosa, according to Albuera police Chief Insp. Jovie Espenido.

According to ABS-CBN, Espenido said that they saw "Ma'am De Lima" written on the list of personalities who received drug money.

Espenido said they already filed a case against Sen. De Lima and other local officials, who's involved in the illegal drug trade at the Office of the Ombudsman in Tacloban City.

The local chief also said that the brother of Kerwin, Kevin Espinosa was the one who told them about Kerwin and De Lima meet up.

As of now, Kerwin Espinosa is nowhere to be found in spite of his father's request to surrender.
