MERALCO installed prepaid electricity almost 600 houses, as instructed by Duterte

One of the first orders of President Rodrigo Duterte is putting legitimate power lines to poor residents. Hence Meralco, immediately responds to it.

According to the TV5 report, after the Department of Energy met with the Meralco on Thursday, there are nearly 600 houses got their prepaid or postpaid electricity.

The prepaid electricity is an advantageous and more pragmatic approach to pay our power bill and it additionally plans to show us the estimation of vitality preservation and appropriate planning. 

MERALCO KURYENTE LOAD or KLOAD, the primary prepaid power administration in the Philippines is presently accessible in Manila and in some portions of Rizal, Pasig, San Juan, Cavite, Caloocan and Bulacan.
MERALCO said that customers are able to save up to 20% on electricity bills after replacing their regular meters with the intelligent meters of the new KLOAD prepaid electricity. 

This is attributed to consumption control which is a direct result of the pay-before-use system that gives people power over their overall electricity consumption and since they get updated regularly about their daily consumption, households can now monitor, make projections and adjust their electricity use to fit their daily, weekly or monthly budget.
