MANILA, Philippines - President Rodrigo Duterte will deliver his first State-of-the-Nation-Address (SONA) on July 25, 2016 at Batasang Pambansa.
Duterte's self-written SONA will last at least 38 minutes and it will be in English, according to Communication secretary Andanar.
In mid-afternoon, President Duterte wil be at at the House of Representatives, then proceeds to the Session Hall for the joint session of Congress.
After the joint session, that's the time President Duterte deliver his first SONA.
On the other hand, the rallyist, this time did not carry effigies. But instead a mural, it represents their message to the President and shows their support to the administration.
Duterte's SONA expected to enumerate his achievements in the first 25 days against his illegal drug campaign.
Whatever President Duterte going to say in his first SONA. One thing is for sure, the entire nation will watch it and listen for his heart-wrenching and powerful message.
