"Dalawang bundok at kalahati sa Zambales pinagbili sa China", Gov. Deloso says

The Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) investigated the land which piles on reclamation activities in Scarborough Shoal or Bajo de Masinloc. Said it was originated from the three mountains in Sta. Cruz, Zambales.

Based on UNTV report, Zambales Governor Amor Deloso said that two mountains and a small ones have been sold to China.

Deloso said that prior as he assumed as a Governor of the province, he noticed odd numbers of land carried aboard by a gigantic truck.

That's the time he discovered that the land from the Zambales mountains were brought to the Scarborough Shoal.

Deloso also said he was wondering why it was allowed by the provincial government that was headed by former Governor Hermogenes Ebdane destroying the mountains, but he certainly said it is monetized.

Environmental Secretary Gina Lopez stressed that whoever permits the illegal wrongdoing will be liable for it.
