5 PNP generals allegedly involved in drug trade, 2 are Roxas supporters
President Rodrigo Duterte on Tuesday, July 5 named five police generals allegedly involved in illegal drug trade.
According to President Duterte, the said PNP (Philippine National Police) officials are Gen. Marcelo Garbo, Gen. Vicente Loot, Gen. Bernardo Diaz of Region 11, Gen. Garbo, who retired in March 2014, acted as PNP Deputy Director General, or the No. 2 man in the police force.
