In an increase effort to fight crimes and drugs, local police in Cebu City killed the biggest known Drug Lord in Central Visayas, Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz.
The scene is very festive with hundreds of people on the street in San Nicolas Parish in Barangay San Nicolas, Cebu City with marching band and shirts commemorating the late Jaguar.
Cebu City Mayor-elect Tomas Osmeña said that he will give a reward to any cop that can kill a drug lord, days after that Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz was reportedly died in the hands of the police.
One might want wonder if that reward money was a real motivation of the death of Alias Jaguar, will scenes of people mourning for a drug lord be a norm in a country like the Philippines?
