Cebu's top druglord, Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz is dead

Cebu, Philippines - "Cebu's top druglord, Jaguar, is dead. Neutralized in a Las Piñas raid by Cebu police less than an hour ago," Mayor Tommy Osmeña said

In sunstar.com.ph report
In September 20, 2015, For the first time in more than a decade, law enforcers penetrated the highly-protected compound of a man listed as “the second biggest drug lord in Central Visayas.”
Protected by thick steel gates and a small firing range, the compound allegedly owned by Jeffrey “Jaguar” Diaz yielded at least P4 million worth of white crystals believed to be shabu in an early raid yesterday morning. But no arrest were made as the suspect and entire family left 4 days ago.
And now Jaguar felt the heat because President elect Rodrigo Dutere and Mayor Tommy Osmeña push to fight against illegal drugs and criminality.

In recently he promised to quit and help the cops, he just wanted to live freely.

If given a chance and if his and his family's safety will be assured, he would be willing to help authorities arrest other drug personalities.

"Mangayo ko’g pasaylo sa mga tawo nga nabiktima nako sa una… gusto lang ko nga magpuyo nga malinawon," Jaguar said.
"Niundang na gayud ko maam bisan pa ug mamatay ug mokirig ako pamilya. Diha-diha dayon ug saksi ang Ginoo nga wala na gayud ko kay mao ako tinguha nga makatulog, maghayang, ug makalakaw-lakaw nga walay kahadlokan," he added.
according to his statement
"Naka-decide gyud ko nga muondang kay di man gyud na siya maayo… mga 2015, March 11 kay napriso ang akong asawa."

He wanted to change his life and not to engage illegal trade but it was all false, And now Surveillance revealed that he was setting up a new base of operations in Luzon. Cebu exports many things, but we will not export that.

Jeffrey "Jaguar" Diaz and one bodyguard were killed as they were rotating among his 8 safehouses in Las Piñas, Rizal. He was tracked there by the Regional Intelligence Division-7 headed by Col. Rex Derilo and Regional Special Operations Group-7 headed by Brgy. Labagnon's very own Col. George Ylanan.
